These terms cover the public Alyseek website and catalog. Completing a booking (slot, payment, home collection) happens when you call us or finish checkout in the Alyseek app. Checkout screens may add extra terms; those apply to that booking.
Catalog and prices
Tests, packages, fasting notes, report times, and prices are published for guidance. They can change by city and may be updated without notice. A listing on this website is not a confirmed booking.
Booking
A booking is confirmed only after we accept the slot and, where payment is required, after the payment is successful. You are responsible for giving a reachable phone number, a collectable address, and accurate details for whoever will be drawn.
Home collection
By booking you consent to a verified phlebotomist visiting the address at the agreed time to collect samples. Please follow fasting or preparation notes. If nobody is available, or the site is unsafe to collect, we may reschedule or cancel.
Reports and medical advice
Results are produced by partner laboratories, not by Alyseek as a treating clinician. Alyseek arranges collection and delivery of reports. Reports are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified doctor about your results.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule according to the rules shown at booking and in the app. Refunds, when due, are processed through the same payment path used at checkout. Partner payouts and lab work already performed may affect what can be refunded.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the catalog APIs. Do not attempt to access another person’s bookings or reports. Do not use Alyseek to commit fraud or to book collections you do not intend to complete.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Alyseek is not liable for lab analytical error (that sits with the partner lab), for delays caused by you being unavailable, or for how you interpret a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law requires that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
